Two roof dunnage platforms were constructed. The larger platform is approximately 114 feet by 44 feet in plan and supports more than 30 dry cooler climate control units. Due to the manner in which the existing joists frame into the girder at the column line, the existing columns could not be extended directly above the roof level. Thus, the new posts supporting the dunnage platform were offset from the column center line.
