This tenant fit-out project included the engineering of structural support for storefront modifications, an architectural water feature, new ATM machines, and a new cash dispenser, as well as the repair of existing sidewalk vault and roof framing, the installation of a new interfloor stair connecting the ground, first and second floors, the engineering a new raised structural floor slab, and the structural analysis of existing fire escape supports.
