Designed by Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo & Associates, this 35-story tower stands above the "bow tie" in Times Square.
The 600,000 square foot building is steel-framed with exterior glass curtain wall. Setbacks requirements in New York City's building code were resolved by spiraling the building's volumes. Eighty-four exterior column transfers answerd the owner's need for column-free space.
