Designed by architect Ulrich Franzen and Associates, this 28- story steel-framed building is on the corner of Park Avenue and 42nd Street. The exterior curtain wall is made of 1½" granite on precast concrete panels. The foundations consist of four basement levels designed to accommodate a number of subway tunnels that extend throughout the site. BACK
