This 3 story office building was constructed for the Computer Associates Corporation. In order to maximize the use of the building's 250,000 square feet of office space, the designers chose to use a flat plate construction consisting of a 400 mm (16 inch) thick concrete slab and concrete columns spaced 9.0 meters (29.5 feet) on center. Some of the building's distinctive features include the glass enclosed exterior staircases and a large interior courtyard and atrium. Architect: Spector Group BACK
