Located in the heart of New York's Times Square, 1515 Broadway is the home of media conglomerate Viacom and, at street level, the Nokia Theater. Shmerykowsky Consulting Engineers regularly performs structural review on behalf of building owner SL Green Realty Corp., most recently for tenant Aeropostale's new Times Square outlet at street level. SCE served as structural engineer of record for the the building's lobby renovation, a project that included the installation of four additional escalators, two interfloor stairs, an ornamental glass block feature wall, and various architectural details. SCE is the building engineer at this 54-story high-rise.
